Ipsum HR is looking for an experienced Call Center and Branch Technology Manager for an important Digital Bank to work in their offices in Microcentro, Buenos Aires

Mission:

IT Responsible for day to day support to the branch and call center

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the functional definition and the develompent/integration of the Contact Center´s and branch office´s transformation plan
  • Coordinate testing and implementation processes for the developments and the parameters setting
  • Coordinate and support implementation tasks for local communication infrastructure
  • Local support to solution drawing
  • Coordinate and manage incidents and risks
  • Manage factories, resources and local project costs

Requisitos

Profile:

- Engineer or graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience but can be up to 10
- Experience in Cloud environment and Cloud architecture
- Knowledge about banking and Contact Center Technologies.
- Experience with WAN/LAN comunications
