Local operational policies and procedures
Local Operations organization and sizing (including the identification and negotiation with local third parties that will execute selected processes locally)
Relationship, governance and control model with local Operations providers and Global Operations Hub
Subsequent modifications necessary to the Model Bank Operating Model
Analysis of local regulatory and market practice impacts as well as functional understanding of Model Bank IT architecture.
Coordinate with the rest of areas such as Operations HQ, IT, Legal, Compliance, Business etc. the impacts identified in order to ensure correct implementation of the To-Be model.
Participate in the testing of the local technological platform to be launched to market.
-Economics, engineering studies or similar is recommended.
-10 years of professional experience.
-Prior experience managing a Payments or Wealth products backoffice (Banking)
-Prior experience with team and provider management
-Prior experience in consulting an advantage.
-Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools an advantage.
-Interest in technology and its applications in Banking
-Negotiation and liaison skills.
-Continuous self-training and willingness to improve
-Knowledge of BPM and Business intelligence tools
-Fluent English and Spanish is a must
